I think the first Act (Highway Unicorn, Government Hooker, Born This
Way, Bloody Mary, Bad Romance, and Judas) takes place on G.O.A.T. She
escapes ‘prison’, doesn’t want to be the Government’s puppet, and gives
birth to the new race. During Bloody Mary, Gaga and the dancers seem to
be ‘skating’ around the cat walk, as if they are the new borns on a
factory assembly line/conveyor belt. After Bloody Mary we hear The
Manifesto of Mother Monster. Bloody Mary represents reality/fantasy as
one+endless love, Bad Romance represents both good+bad, and Judas
represents forgiveness; all describing the new race. After Bad Romance
Gaga says, ” And when you leave, some of you will stick by me. And
others, will betray me. You will not kill me!” She then performs Judas- a
song about betrayal and forgiveness, signifying that even when people
turn their backs on you, it won’t kill you, it won’t bring you down. You
can forgive them and move on.

OPERATION - "KILL THE BITCH" (GOVT IS AFTER GAGA)

In Act II, after Telephone is prepared, we hear the hologram say “It was
instantly that this…fugitive became the (host agent and body) to a new
colony. A colony which would strive to extract our most classified
information. A monstrous preparation it was. Training and decoding the
creativity of rebellion for one purpose: to invade Earth.” This may be
where Gaga + the new race (little monsters) invade Earth. Heavy Metal
Lover then plays, following with Bad Kids, Hair, You+I, and Electric
Chapel. These can all be used as anthems to describe the new race: HML,
Bad Kids, Hair: our culture, who we are. You+I, Electric Chapel: Our
endless love.

The third Act is full of songs that express standing up for our rights.
It starts with Americano, goes into Poker Face, Alejandro, Paparazzi,
Scheisse, and Black Jesus + Amen Fashion. At the end of Paparazzi, Gaga
shoots and kills the hologram/the bitch. She begins Sheisse with
yelling, “You won’t kill me bitch!” You won’t be able to kill our dreams
and our rights, this is who we are. At the end of Scheisse, she says,
“I want you to remember that tonight is about breeding compassion. Be
compassionate and loving,and remember that you’re as free as you decide.
Breed compassion. Amen Fashion.” She then performs Black Jesus + Amen
Fashion, and says goodnight.

When Gaga returns in the Encore, she sings The Edge of Glory and Marry
The Night. During TEOG she says, ” I know sometimes it can feel really
lonely, and you might feel like some people are trying to destroy you…
But, you can never be destroyed.” She ends the show with Marry The
Night, encouraging the new race to marry the dark times in your life, as
it will only make you stronger.

After the failure of Marry the Night no more singles are planned for release. She will focus on the tour and recording the new album.
