thats why giving life achievement awards is bad...it gives ppl ego

^I think Jay-Z is part of the reason she is the way she currently is. I think he is having a bit too much of a say. She is behaving the way you would expect a rapper too

^But his music is very ego boosting. All he raps about is his wealth, money in the bank, what he has achieved, black supremacy, and quite often degrading to women. His videos are always extravagant featuring him in clubs drinking cristal, puffing on cuban cigars and draped in millions worth of jewelry regardless of the theme of the song.

You can see a lot of that creeping into Beyoncé's music and videos since they got married except her music is degrading to men.

Is it that surprising tbh? Most of today's female singers rarely do chat shows anymore. Seems like the Top names don't promote 20% as much as they use to. Sure Britney didn't do a chatshow interview in what 6 years? And even then Simon Cowell was answering 95% of the questions.

I loved the days of TRL, Tonight Show, Letterman, GMA, Today Show, Conan, Regis and Kelly when a singer had a new single or album out and they would visit all the shows, do interviews and perform. It was a lot more exciting then just an odd performance on SNL or the MTV Awards show.

Singers don't work as much as they used to!
