I just don't know wtf has happened to her personally or musically. I think her firing Matthew Knowles was the worst mistake of her career tbh.

I agree^. I think she is on icy ground but she has a lot more rope to play with than Christina ever had.

Beyoncé came back with another "Women are better than men" message song in the form of Run the World which was headache inducing and nobody wanted anything to do with it. The album opened well on her name. She released nearly every single and failed to secure a hit by her standards in most countries. Plus it didn't help that the entire album was sleep inducing bar 1 or 2 songs and she was declaring it her best work to date (never a good move). Add in the tackiness of the VMAs performance rubbing her belly and the album sunk like a rock.

Now she is back again peddling her ego singing "Bow Down Bitches" while other females have been doing better things than her since past 3 years such as Katy Perry, Lady GaGa, Adele, Rihanna, Britney, Taylor etc. She gave us some great songs solo and as part of DC3 but after "I Am Sasha Fierce" every song she releases just gets worse and more cringeworthy. Clearly the songs she stole/wrote were being selected by her father because her career has been one bad decision after the next image and music wise. Her ego was always present but it is different when you start singing songs bragging about yourself and the songs being as shit as "Bow Down Bitches".

I also think she was wise to release the tour dates and tickets BEFORE releasing the album that way she ensured a poor album wouldn't affect tickets. I have seen her live 4 times now and she puts on a great show. But I wouldn't go see her again especially with how poor her recent material is. I have bought every single, album and dvd she has released and consider myself a huge fan but I find it extremely difficult to tolerate her anymore.

Don't worry. It was pretty spot on. Great post. I also agree that is really hard to like her these days, especially when she come across so arrogant lately announcing her tour like she's the queen of the world.
