I bought this today and it is the UK edition. The cover says "J.LO" instead of "J-Rod". It also says "Jennifer Lopez & her new boyfriend, Baseball's Alex Rodrguez".

I just thought it was funny the contrast to the US edition were they got equal billing. Although I guess Rodriguez is obviously a lot less known this side of the world.
