Not sure she's the cover. Just looked and it's a portfolio of people photographed as famous people. She channels Elizabeth Taylor

Jessica Chastain might be a possible cover too. The portfolio will be used WW for all editions. It also features Rosie Huntington Whitely and she is on the UK cover but I bet the US have the Katy cover.
