"Something In the Water" won the Grammy for Best Country Solo Performance.

This is Carrie's 7th Grammy award.

2007 - Best Female Country Vocal Performance; "Jesus, Take the Wheel."
2008 - Best Female Country Vocal Performance; "Before He Cheats."
2009 - Best Female Country Vocal Performance; "Last Name."
2010 - Best Country Collaboration with Vocals; "I Told You So."
2013 - Best Country Solo Performance; "Blown Away."
2015 - Best Country Solo Performance; "Something In the Water."

In addition, the song-writers of some of her singles have also received Grammys.

2007 - Best Country Song; "Jesus, Take the Wheel."
2008 - Best Country Song; "Before He Cheats."
2013 - Best Country Song; "Blown Away."

If she had also co-written those songs, she would have 10 Grammys!

Well deserved. I love that she never comprised herself or her sound to gain more fans. Artists like that including Alanis and Sheryl have my upmost respect.
