We’re almost positive that Scandal TV star Kerry Washington is going to be Eva Chen’s next Lucky cover girl.
During Fashion Week, Chen posted a picture to her Instagram account on September 7th with the caption, “Stopped by a @luckymagazine shoot this morning and of course got sidetracked by the nail polish!”
Enticing as Chen’s obsession with nail polish is, we didn’t do a double take until we noticed that celebrity nail stylist Dawn Sterling posted a picture right before Chen’s with the caption “Set up today for a beautiful lady!”
While we realized the photo alone doesn’t give anything away, add Sterling’s chosen hashtags (#fashion, #beauty, #cover, #scandal) and there’s a story. We think this means People’s best dressed woman in the world will be on a future cover of Lucky!

Her sylist takisha is mentioned in the instagram so I definitely think so.

Lucky is yet another Conde Nast publication …. so perhaps it WASN’T Vogue she was shooting over NYFW but Lucky....
