Oh dear lord. Please no. I mean what will they have her wear? A baseball cap, grillz and a denim onesie? Anna please don't let this happen.

I mean when you think of all the singers, actresses and models that have never had the cover and the thought of Miley Cyrus getting one before Amanda Seyfried, Leighton Meester, Jessica Alba, Jennifer Garner, Katie Holmes, Milla Jovovich, Victoria Beckham, Lana Del Rey, Naomi Watts, Emily Blunt, The Olsens, Cara Delevingne, Carrie Underwood, Eva Longoria, Jessica Chastain, Maria Sharapova, Kate Beckinsale etc!!!!

What is Gwyneth Paltrow hiding, or what specifically doesn't she want to tell Vanity Fair?

The New York Times reports the 40-year-old actress asked friends to decline requests from the magazine on an upcoming cover story the publication was planning to write about her:

“Vanity Fair is threatening to put me on the cover of their magazine,” Paltrow wrote by e-mail, according to someone who had seen the message. “If you are asked for quotes or comments, please decline. Also, I recommend you all never do this magazine again.”

Rumors that the actress was at odds with the magazine started back in June, when Page Six first reported that Paltrow declined Vanity Fair's offer for a cover story after the magazine ran unflattering pieces about production problems surrounding Brad Pitt's "World War Z," and Maureen Orth's article that claimed the Church of Scientology auditioned potential wives for Tom Cruise.

Though Vanity Fair's editor-in-chief, Graydon Carter, has often relied on his friendships with many A-listers, the magazine's relationship with Hollywood's biggest stars may be changing.

“Everyone grovels to Graydon and other writers there and covets invitations to their parties,” Leslee Dart, a publicist who represents Tom Hanks, Woody Allen and Meryl Streep, told The Times. “They’re going to be in for a rude awakening."
