In Jennifer's defense though, she IS from "the hood." She grew up in a very rough neighborhood in Bronx, where the population is mainly blacks and Puerto Ricans, so it really is who she is, that's how she grew up.

In 2014 and even 2002 when "Jenny from the Block" came out she was a pampered princess making obscene amounts of money for doing very little who always had a rapper beside her for "street cred".

I can't see this doing anything and very soon I see her re-entering that stage of her music career that occurred before "On the Floor" where she was just throwing everything at the wall until something stuck. Her last 4 songs have been woeful.

It all looked so promising during On The Floor/I'm Into You/Papi. It really looked like her music career was back on track but everything since that album has been so cringe worthy. She is back in the position she was in before On The Floor - just throwing awful songs at the wall hoping something catches on but the quality just gets worse with each song and this is a woman in her mid 40s. It is just so embarrassing.

This is the worst single she has ever released. It's so disappointing as I love Jennifer.

I Luh Ya Papi is supposed to be her return to urban? If this is the best she can do, then go back to dance music Jen. I do kinda like the video. It'd definitely be better without all the naked men. I love the throwback to some of her classic looks.

Her new single is called "Big Booty" and it is a collaboration with.... wait for it..... Pitbull. And she just shot the video. The song can be heard on a behind the scenes video and it is AWFUL. Even worse than that last song or the Bronx song before it.

"If you got a big big booty. Shake that big big booty"
