Jennifer Lopez has always been about money. The whole J.Lo era was all about bling and jewellery. She has always made her money from activities outside singing and acting. She can pretend to be Jenny from the Block all she wants.

Album charts at 4 in the UK and 10 in Ireland.

Yeah it's definitely not doing that well here, doesn't even look like it will break the top 20.

The US seem to dismiss Greatest Hits collections for the most part. Except for Pinks.

Although this collection deserves to fail because of the tracklist and the crappy new songs on it.

Pink's GH album was done properly. When they're done right, they're a hit. It's very few of those... aside No Doubt's 2003 GH, Britney's in 2004, Eminem's in 2005, and Pink's, what other GH albums have been big in the past ten years?

No I think you got all of them. XTina underperformed too and Britney's last one was a massive failure but her first one done better than her last 3 studio albums combined.

I think with iTunes and the availability of cherry picking the songs you want, Greatest Hits (especially the US which has become more singles focused) are not doing as well. Over hear at Christmas time they are quite popular as presents and you typically see a surge when the artist is performing a concert.

But as you said Pink done it right. She had all her hits on there, 4 really great new tracks, a DVD with all the videos and she released 2 singles from it with good videos. If the effort is put in and the artist has been around a while (Xtina released hers way too soon into her career IMO. nelly Furtado too only had 3 albums). Than it will do well. If it is halfarsed like this and Britney's last one, the public will bypass it.

Very true. And yep, Britney's last GH album was a nightmare.
