Shakira is currently working vigorously on her upcoming English record, which is nearing the final phases. She's making last minute adjustments, adding real vocals, and mastering the sound. To help with the finishing touches, Olgui flew from Miami to Barcelona yesterday to record her backing vocals for a new track with producer Dave Clauss.

Shakira has also worked with producers such as, Afrojoack, Freddy Wexler, Dave Clauss, iSHi, Dr. Luke, RedOne, Benny Blanco, Ne-Yo, Tiesto, Venus X, Gustavo Celis, Will.i.am  & more TBA on material for her new album; however, we'd like to remind everyone that Shakira is extremely picky when selecting the finals songs for her albums, meaning the presence of these producers on the upcoming album is not guaranteed.

Internal sources have confirmed to ShakiraMedia.com that this album will have its own unique twist with popular modern sounds that are sure to become hot chart toppers. But true to Shakira's style, each track will also be infused with her own personal touch as she's hungry for new sounds. It's safe to say that this album will be a completely new experience for both the fans and Shakira herself.

That's a relief. I just can't see Britney and Shakira together. Matter of fact, I can't really see Shakira collaborating with other female artists except Beyoncé. They were made to be together.
