I have always gotten those vibes from Bruno Mars if I am being honest. He always seems to be surrounded closely with a gang of men dancing and being thrown around by them while dressed in flamboyant clothes - Lazy Song, Locked Outta Heaven, Treasure, This etc

Great song though!
